The old school of thought on network marketing says that the best recruiting methods involve looking for prospects. However, a lot of people who get involved in this type of business get overwhelmed by the hardwork and the small returns that the majority receive. In most of my introductions to network marketing, people talked about listing acquaintances, doing meetings, and showing plans.

I will admit that these recruiting methods were not the most attractive to me. As my frustration built I wondered about alternative recruiting methods could be available, afterall if the old tools weren’t working there had to be something that did the job better.

The life blood of network marketing is building your organization. The more prospects you add the greater business growth you’ll have and the more profit you’ll make–the main reason most of us get into business.

Many of us network marketers get educated to go out looking for individuals who may be interested in joining our very exciting opportunity. We’re told to get excited get a dream and go out and show our plans for as many times as it takes to get people to join.

Exposure is key we’ve been told. This is true but often the recruiting methods we learn just don’t get big results in a way that can be labeled as efficient. The energy expenditure often does not match the return.
